From listing to payout
Apply
Tell us about the item and send photos. We check your NRC and proof of ownership.
We list it
We confirm the condition, agree a starting price and any reserve, and publish the lot.
Open bidding
Registered buyers bid until the close. Everyone sees the same price.
Get paid
The buyer pays us in full and collects the item. We then pay you, less our commission.
Clear commission, no surprises
You pay a commission only when your item sells, plus a small listing fee. The buyer pays their own 5% premium on top, so it never comes out of your money.

- Minimum commission of K100 per sold lot. Each rate applies only to the part of the price in that band, so a higher price never costs you more per kwacha.
- The buyer pays a 5% premium (minimum K20) on top of the winning bid. You do not pay it.
- We list items we expect to sell for K500 or more.
- Listing fee of K50 per lot, not refunded. It covers photos and listing.
- If the lot does not sell, you pay only the listing fee and can relist once free.
- Payout within 3 working days after the buyer has paid in full
- If a buyer found your item through our auction, the commission is due even if the sale is finished outside the site.
The rates you accept are written in your seller agreement before your item is listed.

- Stolen goods, or items you cannot prove you own
- Items under finance or still held as security elsewhere
